John has been my broker for over15 years, he is prompt and knowledgable in this business.after i bought 3 houses from him we became friends. resently he sold my house for 290k while other brokers sugested 245k. he got me 45k more. one word if you need a broker in florida call John.

Friendly,͏ knowlegeable, patient, and kind; all in one! Marlene was very kind and patient throughout the process. She took the time to ask me questions about what was important in my life, my lifestyle, where I spent my time, and how my home factored into all of those aspects. Marlene has been in the realty business for many years and understands the the laws and the process inside and out. Starting the journey is very daunting because you may or not know what to do or what order to do it. Marlene took the time to walk me through the overview process and laid out what the next steps would be so that I could properly plan and prepare for what was next (documents, finances, schedules, etc.) I would recommend Marlene without hesitation. I loved working with her from start to finish. She was amazing and I am so happy to have worked with her throughout this process.

Great experience with a highly experienced and professional realtor.
