We started working with Jude almost a year ago when houses were selling fast and mostly to cash buyers. Jude showed us more houses than we can count and wrote more offers than I'd like to admit to. At one point we gave up until Jude found a beautiful house for us with sellers who were willing to work with a family. We closed on 11/8 and could not be happier. This was our first time going through the process so we had a ton of questions. Jude knows the entire process from booking showings, advice on making offers, to closing. He is extremely communicative and even left a family event on a Sunday to show us what is now our new home. I would work with Jude over and over again and recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Southwest Florida.
