Our journey started on 6/30/26 to find a home in South Carolina. After our daughter discovered their website as relocation experts, we connected for the initial conversation. From day one the feeling was and has come to fruition that we found the right team to fulfill our requests. Erica and John were accessible, knowledgeable and assuring at every turn. Taking the leap of faith toward the unknown was something foreign to me being more of a hands on individual. However in only 21 days, they allayed our fears, captured all the focal points, did an incredible video walkthrough that sold us immediately and led us down a seamless path. N.B. We had not seen the home in person being from Pennsylvania. It's not always easy to connect the dots so to speak, but this transition was as smooth as possible.
