Annie Hart Cool is incredible, and I recommend her enthusiastically and without hesitation. This is the second time I have had Annie as my broker. The first time was twelve years ago, and all went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the sale of my home at the time and the home I subsequently bought. When the time came to sell my present home, I contacted her right away. This time it was a unique situation, however. I now live in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and through the magic of the internet, Annie got the ball rolling, emailing me the necessary documents, and making me feel at ease with the process from afar. Annie was outstanding in coordinating the necessary inspections, and keeping me informed every step of the way. Some minor repair problems arose, and Annie was on top of them, notifying me immediately, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and monitoring the repairs so everything was perfect when I arrived to move out of my home and close the sale. Being 6,000+ miles away, I knew I had someone capable to handle everything pertaining to the sale.
