Having used Annie Hart Cool twice before (purchase and subsequent sale of our first Cape Cod vacation home) we couldn’t imagine using anyone else! After Annie quickly sold our first Cape Cod home we were challenged in finding our next home in the neighborhood we wanted given the limited inventory.
