Annie Hart Cool was recommended to me by a friend. My sister and I had inherited a home that we wanted to sell quickly. Annie stepped in and brought with her a high level of competence, which immediately put my sister and I at ease. She had a buyer for the house in one week at the price we had agreed on. Our friend raved about Annie Hart Cool - said she was the "best of the best" in the area. Annie was great - quick with information and responded fast to our questions. She has a great attitude and we appreciated her honesty (and sense of humor!) The process was smooth from showing to closing - almost painless. Annie was there when we needed her ... always with a smile! It is obvious she loves what she does!

We just love working with Kerrie. She jumped right into the unfamiliar territory of selling a Bed & Breakfast with both feet! Her sunny attitude helped make the showings easier for us. She was always willing to answer our silly questions with grace and patience. And most of all she kept us laughing the whole way through! She rocks!

Annie Hart Cool did a wonderful job in selling our home. It was an unusual layout but Annie didn't mind the challenge- she embraced it. We so appreciated her positive can-do attitude. Annie Hart Cool is in a class of her own, by far the best sales person I've ever worked with! I am retired, however in my working career I ran a technology temporary employment firm with 18 US offices and more than 30 sales people. Although Annie may not have experience in selling technology experts, I would have hired her, and know that she would do very well, once she learned the business. Annie was recommended to me by another real estate person who sells vacation weeks to clients. My wife and I interviewed her and 2 other real estate professionals, and selected Annie. She immediately "staged" our house to make it look better than it ever been. Our house had been on the market for 1 and 1/2 years through another agency and had 0 offers. In 3 weeks we had 3 offers. She responded to all calls/emails immediately and her interactions with us and the Buyer's Agent were very helpful. My wife and I will recommend her to anyone we know who is interested in selling or buying a home on Cape Cod.
