Annie Hart Cool is in a class of her own, by far the best sales person I've ever worked with! I am retired, however in my working career I ran a technology temporary employment firm with 18 US offices and more than 30 sales people. Although Annie may not have experience in selling technology experts, I would have hired her, and know that she would do very well, once she learned the business. Annie was recommended to me by another real estate person who sells vacation weeks to clients. My wife and I interviewed her and 2 other real estate professionals, and selected Annie. She immediately "staged" our house to make it look better than it ever been. Our house had been on the market for 1 and 1/2 years through another agency and had 0 offers. In 3 weeks we had 3 offers. She responded to all calls/emails immediately and her interactions with us and the Buyer's Agent were very helpful. My wife and I will recommend her to anyone we know who is interested in selling or buying a home on Cape Cod.

Having used Annie Hart Cool twice before (purchase and subsequent sale of our first Cape Cod vacation home) we couldn’t imagine using anyone else! After Annie quickly sold our first Cape Cod home we were challenged in finding our next home in the neighborhood we wanted given the limited inventory. Annie knew exactly what we were looking for and encouraged us to be patient while she continued to identify possible candidates as they became available. When a property which had already been under contract with another buyer fell through, Annie was able to get us in there quickly and leverage her close relationship with the selling broker to help insure that we got the house that we had fallen in love with. Annie also helped validate the vision we had for this older home and a few months later it is now exactly what we always wanted. We don’t think we’ll be selling any time soon but if we ever do Annie Hart Cool will get our call!
