We were fortunate to reach Kerrie by calling her out of the blue in response to an ad for a home she had listed in Woods Hole. She was immediately responsive and kindly agreed to show us around to several homes even though we were not quite ready to purchase. That was five years ago. On our visits in summers since then, Kerrie worked with us and kept us in mind by sending along listings that could suit our needs. She was low key in her approach -- not at all pushy -- but always helpful. This past spring, in April of 2015, after working with Kerrie over the years, we found a home to buy!
