Annie's very good at what she does. The time had come for me to part with my family home and it was a highly emotional process. Asking around town, looking for a sensitive and skilled real estate agent, Annie came highly recommended by many people. When my house went on the market and people asked who I was working with, they always nodded with approval when I told them it was Annie Hart Cool. My family home is a wonderful but unsual property, and not what everyone thinks of or is looking for when they think about buying property on the Cape. But Annie managed to make a connection with a family who loves it - a family I hope will live there for many long happy years. It might have been easy to sell it off as a knock-down, to someone who might not have recognised its unique value. But that's not what happened and I am so grateful for this. Annie's easy to work with, incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, positive and knowledgable. I'm so very glad we worked together on this!
