After we had watched our summer house languish on the market for a couple of years, Pam entered the scene as our new realtor. She took charge immediately, proposing that we de-clutter the house by removing much of the furniture. Then she staged the house, sprucing it up nicely. Pam also ahad us clean the large windows and power wash the outside walls. Then Pam stirred up interest on the part of prospective buyers. Before we knew it, we were entertaining serious offers. All the while, she guided us to ensure that we were in compliance with local laws by the time of closing. All in all, my siblings and I were thrilled with Pam's attention to detail, persistence and prompt communication with us as developments arose.

We met Jodi through a referral - and referrals are always key! We were thrilled with our experience with Jodi. We'd decided to start the search for our home, just before the COVID crisis hit. Jodi quickly adjusted her processes to accommodate us. She had us set ourselves up with getting prequalified, and prepped us to be ready mentally that when we saw something we liked, we would need to move fast. Well, she was right. We saw plenty of houses online, via open houses and through a couple of well-planned visits, and none were right for us until the last day we looked. As is often the case we 'knew' when we walked in that this was our house. The price was higher than what was warranted for the area, and Jodi did a masterful job delivering our offer and handling the minor negotiation that followed. Very well done. She also was a great help to us with finding contractors, attorneys and providing the contacts for all of the utilities, as we are from out of state and needed that information. All- in things went well and Jodi was both a pleasure and easy to work with.

After we very unexpectedly lost my brother, I was left with the monumental task of taking care of his estate which included completely cleaning out his house and selling it. This was not easy since I live in a different state which is almost 1,000 miles away. I am so glad I entrusted Laura with the sale of his home. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and his house sold quickly in spite of the Covid19. One thing I really like is that she does not put a lock box on the houses she has listed. She shows up for every single showing. I have dealt with many other realtors and that was definitely not the case. I believe this makes a huge difference. She also took care of many details I was unable to handle due to not living in the area. I highly recommend Laura and would definitely use her again!
