Tori helped us buy a house on the Cape this fall. This is the third time we've been homeowners and I can honestly say that Tori is among the best realtors we have ever worked with or known. My father was a realtor for a couple decades as well so I've known many personally. She has an exceptional blend of local area knowledge, ability to listen to needs/wants, negotiation abilities, and candid/honest feedback style. I especially appreciated the latter as i respect and seek out someone who can tell me when my thoughts are justified and when i may be overthinking the house buying process. I do not think I would be writing this review from the home i am right now without Tori's expertise, especially in the midst of a housing market unlike any experienced in my lifetime due to COVID-19.
