Tori did an excellent job guiding us through the process of selling our home. We had early consultations where we discussed price points, sales material, the best time to list our property, ways to stage our home for interested buyers. When it came time to list the property, she lead the charge. She kept us updated on showings, provided constructive feedback, and involved us when necessary. When we went under contract, she helped us negotiate, and provided excellent references for contractors needed for updates required. She has excellent contacts in the community that made the process go smoothly. We had an accepted off within two weeks of listing, closed soon after, and we never felt rushed. Tori is an exceptional professional! When we interviewed Tori, she was well prepared and presented us with all the information needed to give us an agreeable recommended selling price. Her knowledge, background, and number of homes she had sold, impressed us greatly. We knew we signed with the right agent. Tori immediately got to work getting pictures and write up on the web. She assisted the photographer to ensure the pictures would show the house at its best. She did a few open houses that drew a lot of interest in our property.
