Jane is a fierce advocate for her clients, is an outstanding communicator and her attention to detail and follow-through are meticulous. I first contacted Jodi in the fall inquiring about an early spring sale on my condo. She got back to me about comps and the possibility of selling sooner because there was so little on the market. She finally convinced me to give it a try in November. I was trying to avoid a sale during the holidays. She assured me she would help me through the process. We had two offers within a week! Her marketing skills were fabulous. True to her word she walked me through all the hurdles, even using her own personal time to post furniture I needed to get rid of and meeting the people when they came to pick it up so I wouldn’t have to drive down to the Cape. I was very happy with Donna throughout the experience of selling my home. Her knowledge of the real estate market on Cape Cod was exceptional. Also her advice as we went through the marketing, worked out very well in the end, as we found the right buyer that I had hoped for Very knowledgeable through the whole process particularly during the time after an offer had been excepted going through all the different different steps particularly in a condominium situation. Because of my field of employment, I have had to sell my house 5 times in the past 20 years. For my most recent sales experience, I interviewed 3 agents. Laurie Miller was by far the best prepared real estate agent. Before the interview, she researched my property with the town, and knew more than I did about the property. The 'comparables' she used, and her reasons, were more appropriate/applicable than the other 2 agents I interviewed. She suggested an asking price that was way higher than I expected, and what the other agents recommended. Her input and suggestions regarding the 'presentation' of my house were spot-on, and she spent time helping me set up the house for the photo-shoot and Open Houses. As a result, I got the asking price she suggested. Throughout the process, her recommendations for contractors for the Title-5 work that I had to do and the real estate lawyers needed, were high-quality selections. I greatly appreciated the help she provided in coordinating some of these activities, particularly since much of my time was spent preparing to move from one location to the next location. Again, Laurie Miller is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with...bar none.

As we moved forward she did an incredible amount of information gathering including from many departments in townhall. Annie and I knew each other from the theater world, but I had no idea what a wonderful real estate agent she was. Right away, she covered all the details to prepare for the Open House.
