Because of my field of employment, I have had to sell my house 5 times in the past 20 years. For my most recent sales experience, I interviewed 3 agents. Laurie Miller was by far the best prepared real estate agent. Before the interview, she researched my property with the town, and knew more than I did about the property. The 'comparables' she used, and her reasons, were more appropriate/applicable than the other 2 agents I interviewed. She suggested an asking price that was way higher than I expected, and what the other agents recommended. Her input and suggestions regarding the 'presentation' of my house were spot-on, and she spent time helping me set up the house for the photo-shoot and Open Houses. As a result, I got the asking price she suggested. Throughout the process, her recommendations for contractors for the Title-5 work that I had to do and the real estate lawyers needed, were high-quality selections.
