Lynn was amazing to work with and helped us get exactly what we were hoping!

Lynn did a wonderful job from helping us get good professional photos, to listing it and marketing it well, and dealing with the buyers! We unfortunately had some buyers unexpectedly drop out right before the closing date, but she was quick to find someone else to take their place!

Outstanding Experience with Lynn Brown and Barfield Realty

Lynn did a phenomenal job for me with the sell of my mom's house. I live out of state and Lynn went above and beyond the call of duty for me. She made the experience about as easy and pleasurable as you could make it. Lynn and Scott and their team to excellent care of everything for me. They were very prompt and thorough with everything that we needed to do. They were great at guiding me through the process. I would recommend Lynn and the team to anyone that is trying to sell a house in the Hendersonville area. Top notch service, and great people as well.
