She listened attentively to our needs and requirements, and thus ensured that the house sold quickly, instead of trying to talk us into the trap of demanding the maximum profit, which would have had the house go stale on the market, and eventually cause a decrease in it’s selling price. Her suggestions on how to show the house and what to do to make the house appealing were dead on.
