Considering how many balls are in the air at one time while selling or buying a house, Kathleen is highly organized, calm and very smart! She's also a true, honest and competent negotiator! Kathleen goes the extra mile for her clients and doubles down on every detail. My husband and I moved out west from the east coast. She even advised with us about moving 3000 miles away. Janice did an amazing job for us as we were looking for a new home! It took us 6 months to find THE house but Janice was incredibly patient and continued to send us option after option and even opened us up to new ideas. During the buying process, we ran into many obstacles with the house and seller. Janice dealt with every one of them and kept us updated along the way. She really went above and beyond! Mr. Neomar Martinez is not just an excellent realtor. He is a friend. He truly cares for you and your family's well being. There are plenty of professional reasons to work with him: He was professional and masterful in negotiating our first home purchase. He actually got us the best deal possible given our factors. He worked with us in scheduling meetings around the clock. He was readily available to answer our real estate questions, as well as very knowledgeable in his field. He always made it his priority to keep us informed. But what impressed me the most about him was the fact that he is such a decent human being. He never pushed us to make a decision although he readily gave sound advice, meaning he always had his clients' best interests at heart. And even after his job was done and the closing date had passed, he still is readily available to answer any questions we may have. Working with Mr. Martinez made an extremely stressful time much much more bearable. We are so very grateful for him.

If i had to do it all over again, I would love to work with Dennis again! Being a first time home buyer is SCARY and going through the whole process of picking out what you like, what you love, or what I must compromise on is tough. Not to mention negotiating and working with the seller. Dennis was so patient as we looked at so many places and I changed my mind several times. He made things so much easier for me and never once made me feel like I was being irrational in my lack of decisiveness. I felt no pressure which is the most important part to me, he really cared that I found the right home. He also did an awesome job negotiating with the seller, he made it happen for me and I'm so thankful!

When we first met Stephanie, she told us she'd do whatever it took to sell our home ... but we were honestly quite shocked at how hard she worked to get it done! She held *multiple* open houses, and always followed up immediately with results and new ideas.
