If i had to do it all over again, I would love to work with Dennis again! Being a first time home buyer is SCARY and going through the whole process of picking out what you like, what you love, or what I must compromise on is tough. Not to mention negotiating and working with the seller. Dennis was so patient as we looked at so many places and I changed my mind several times. He made things so much easier for me and never once made me feel like I was being irrational in my lack of decisiveness. I felt no pressure which is the most important part to me, he really cared that I found the right home. He also did an awesome job negotiating with the seller, he made it happen for me and I'm so thankful!
