My wife and I worked with Charles as first time homebuyers. Charles was responsive, effective, and helpful. We ended up purchasing a home before it even listed. Though we purchased the home sight unseen with no contingencies based off of photos from when the property was listed years ago, Charles was confident from his communication with the listing agent that the home was in great shape and would be a safe bet compared to comps such as the offer we lost just a week prior.
