Sometimes you get the perfect person for a particular job on the first try. That is what happened to us when we had to sell my deceased sister's house. Vitaly is a very knowledgeable person. He knows the area and market really well, and is a great negotiator. Thanks to him we were able to buy a house that had 8 competing offers. He never rushes you, listens to your requirements and makes great advice. We did check how many properties he sold before we decided to work with him. One concern was his availability, once we saw the number of houses he helps to buy and sell according to Zillow history. However to our surprise he was always available to answer the phone and responded to emails swiftly. Even if when occasionally leave him a voicemail, he returned a call in matter of minutes.
