I can't say enough good things about our experience with Sarah. As a family, we were going through a very difficult time in selling my parents' home because of many extenuating circumstances. Not to mention we needed a quick turnaround in a situation that involved many different family members, some local, some not. Sarah was very kind, flexible, friendly, competent and professional. We had so many pieces to put together and Sarah gladly took on things that, in my opinion, were outside of her scope of responsibility. She was compassionate towards the fact that many emotions were also in play. She was the right person to get us from point A to point B on a very complicated road! The experience that I had with Mr. Eways was excellent. Beginning with our initial meeting he was helpful with suggesting updates that would increase the price of my home, assisting with finding contractors and in marketing and selling my home. He does his homework and knows the community in which he has properties. The contractors he recommended did beautiful work. The marketing of my home was outstanding. Mr Eways held two (2) open houses that generated a great deal of traffic and interest in the property. The house sold in sixteen (16) days for top dollar. I would highly recommend Mr. Eways to anyone looking to sell a home.

Yelena Jones was my Real Estate Agent. She was very professional, knowledgeable, very easy to work with. She advised me how to present my house for sale without staging only using my own furniture. I took her advise on what to do and my house sold within 24 hours in the market and two bitters, therefore getting a better deal than I expected. Yelena was also very helpful with the administrative part. I would immediate hire her for future Real Estate business and highly recommend her. She will go the extra mile to help you. My wife and I decided to start looking for houses, by sheer happenstance the first house we looked at Angie was the agent who showed us the house. The house was not what we were looking for, Angie spent a couple of days doing some research and found a few homes in the price range and style we were looking for. After several more disappointments, Angie found the exact home we wanted! The seller of the home was at the very least extremely difficult, our lender made a few mathematical errors, and our buying experience seemed to be more headache then it was worth. Our only voice of reason, and the only person who gave us honest and truthful information was Angie. Angie was very patient and professional through this whole process and because of her my wife and I have purchased our forever home and are extremely happy. Angie Combs is by far the best realtor anyone could have! My wife and I needed to find a home within a very short amount of time because of my upcoming deployment. I truly believe that would never have happened had Angie not been there for us. Angie was very understanding of our situation and did everything in her power to be there for us and help us find our new home. She was always on time for our meetings, able to answer all of our questions, very quick to reply to emails, texts, and phone calls, and extremely efficient with all the paperwork that needed to be done. She really knows her stuff! Angie was even willing to work incredibly hard for us during and after her pregnancy! I have never seen someone more dedicated to their clients. I have used Peggy for 4 transactions in the last 18 months. The last 2 being complicated with the sale of my house having one of the co-owners' in another state and having to communicate with a third party. Peggy's professionalism and experience enable the listing and sale of my house in a reasonable amount of time during the holiday period, not the ideal time for selling a house. In purchasing my townhouse Peggy went above and beyond to make sure I found the right property and her experience enabled me to meet the seller's requirements of settling within 20 days of the contract being ratified including moving the settlement date for my current house. Peggy does not have single transaction she builds relationships. I consider Peggy my friend who is also my realtor.

Amit has been our guy for over 10 years. From our first foray out of apartment rentals, to the purchase of our first home, and now the subsequent sale of that home 9 years later, he's been there every step of the way. One of our great regrets with relocating is that he won't be there to help us with our next move. Amit is attentive, informative and extremely savvy. If any issue crops up during the extremely stressful process of seeking, buying or selling a home, he will have a solution. If you've got some work to be done on the house, he's got a person for it. Further, that person is going to do it right, and for a generally great price. Beyond anything else though, Amit is unfathomably personable. He cares deeply about his clients, and will go out of his way to make your real estate transactions, whatever they be, as easy and manageable as possible. My only warning with regard to Amit is that you're signing up for more than an agent. You're probably going to come away with the best agent in the business, as well as a great friend.
