Janice was amazing through the entire process of buying my first home in Arlington, VA. She was thorough in her explanations of the home buying process, and was readily available to answer all of my questions and calm any of my concerns. She was lovely to work with, and with Janice's persistence and help, I feel like I ended up with the perfect home for me.

I've worked with Janice to both Buy and Sell a townhouse in Centreville, VA. It was my first experience on both sides and Janice was there to guide me through every step. She was patient and listened to what I was looking for when buying. She even sold my house before it hit the market by being proactive and taking a look at comps and finding a family. I will be calling her again when I'm ready to buy again.

Janice did an amazing job for us as we were looking for a new home! It took us 6 months to find THE house but Janice was incredibly patient and continued to send us option after option and even opened us up to new ideas. During the buying process, we ran into many obstacles with the house and seller. Janice dealt with every one of them and kept us updated along the way. She really went above and beyond! We like her so much that she is currently helping us sell our town home.

By far the best real estate agent that I had the opportunity to work with. Not only is my house sold, I obtain a real Close friend in the process.
