Best Agent In the Area
We are fortunate to have Ms
Best Agent In the Area We are fortunate to have Ms. Lorena Upton as our agent, and she helped us to land our dream retirement home in the area just shortly after our first trip. Looking for your dream home is almost always time and effort consuming, but she will never press you for a quick deal. Her frank and professional advice contributed to our purchase decision. Now we ask her to help our children find their first home in the area too. It is a vote of our trust in her!

Top Notch Professional
Melissa Salazar affirmed that she was my perfect choice for who I wanted as my real estate agent after our first conversation. I felt she was truly interested in finding the right property by the time she spent with me and the questions she asked. We spoke while I was in the process of listing the home I was selling. During these few months, she would send me listings she knew fit my criteria and show me properties when I drove to St. Pete. When my house sold and I was ready to put offers on a new home, Melissa was right there for me every step of the process. I highly recommend Melissa Salazar to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is professional, knowledgeable, AND caring.

Fantastic experience with Melissa
I couldn’t have asked for a better agent when selling my home. Melissa was always one step ahead of me; she always had the answers to my questions before I even asked them and she was extremely thorough throughout the entire selling process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I didn’t have a single issue throughout the entire process, Melissa took care of everything. If I’m ever buying/selling in the Tampa area, I’ll be using her as my realtor again.

It took nearly a year to find the home we wanted to live in at this point in our lives.
Kathy was upbeat, patient, market knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. She handled the sale of our condo in The Landings and also our purchase our new single-family home with skill and an enabling attitude. We hope not to move again, but shouls that come tp pass, Kathy is the real estate expert we will call.

3rd time's a charm!
We appreciate all of Kathy's help with our recent condo purchase and are so happy with where we landed. It took a year, working through the pandemic and long distance, but she stuck with us! Kathy is helpful and kind and willing to go above and beyond for her clients.

Dream House Acquired
Kathy is wonderful, she helped us purchase our home despite a competing offer and subsequent attempted sneakery by the other buyer. Kept it 💯 and kept me calm through the process. She made it very easy and we couldn’t have been happier with her. 10-10 all the tomatoes, stars, insert rating system, all around the best.

Melissa, an agent you can trust
Melissa was great - knew her way around the area and offered suggestions advice when asked. She was simply superb after the sale -- I was from out of town and she handled the inspection, closing, letting workmen in before I took occupancy, etc. She responded quickly too emails and phone messages. She definitely worked/represented me.
