I couldn’t have asked for a better agent when selling my home. Melissa was always one step ahead of me; she always had the answers to my questions before I even asked them and she was extremely thorough throughout the entire selling process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I didn’t have a single issue throughout the entire process, Melissa took care of everything. If I’m ever buying/selling in the Tampa area, I’ll be using her as my realtor again.

Kathy is wonderful, she helped us purchase our home despite a competing offer and subsequent attempted sneakery by the other buyer. Kept it 💯 and kept me calm through the process. She made it very easy and we couldn’t have been happier with her. 10-10 all the tomatoes, stars, insert rating system, all around the best.

Melissa was great - knew her way around the area and offered suggestions advice when asked. She was simply superb after the sale -- I was from out of town and she handled the inspection, closing, letting workmen in before I took occupancy, etc. She responded quickly too emails and phone messages. She definitely worked/represented me.

Ricardo is very professional and knows how to do his job well. After trying to find a home during this difficult sellers market and just when my husband and I were discouraged, Ricardo told us to trust him and we did. In a matter of days due to his skills, a seller accepted our offer and we are officially home owners thanks to him. Ricardo was the 4th realtor we had since January of 2021. He didn't let us down!
