This the first time I bought a property with Jason. He is very knowledgeable of the property and always answered our requests and questions within several mins. He also went an extra mile to coordinate with the selling agent and lenders to make sure our loan process as smooth as possible. At the closing day of our property, we had an emergency issue that needs to be addressed immediately, or the deal would fail. He did not complain anything and just helped us out! Melissa was extremely thorough with providing video, presenting offers, processing paperwork, and arranging closing. She made initial contacts for us with inspectors, lawyers, and the condo association which I was not expecting her to do, but was very happy that she assisted with. Everything was done very timely and properly. She had instantly answered a blind inquiry I submitted, and I had no idea what kind of realtor I was about to work with.
