From the first moment that Chris contacted us from our request in Realtor.com we knew that we were in the best hands possible. We were moving from Maine to Parrish Florida and working with Chris was fantastic. Since we were unable to see the houses in person she took the time to video houses for us and she was very thorough with her video and commentary. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and guided us step by step right through to closing. I can't say enough positive things about Chris and how she handled everything for us. I have recommended her to several family members that are also looking to move to this area. Damaris helped us all the way, since we were in South Florida and were looking for homes in central Florida, she would look for homes that would match what we were looking for and line up appointments for us to come up and see. That helped us immensely not wasting our time and when we found our dream home she fought hard for us to get the best deal and her job was very hard since the realtor of the sellers was very hard to deal with.
