This the first time I bought a property with Jason. He is very knowledgeable of the property and always answered our requests and questions within several mins. He also went an extra mile to coordinate with the selling agent and lenders to make sure our loan process as smooth as possible. At the closing day of our property, we had an emergency issue that needs to be addressed immediately, or the deal would fail. He did not complain anything and just helped us out!
