Patti and I met and were working with two different realtors in separate geographic locations in Florida. Chris was able to calibrate quickly with what our criteria for success was in our retirement home. Chris' videos were by far the most comprehensive showing many room angles and detail (for example opening/inspecting the oven). Ms Marion's testimony on the market also was invaluable so we did not overpay above fair market value. Living in the northeast we submitted multiple offers based solely on Chris's recommendations and videos. We had our full trust in her guidance and judgement which landed us in our new home in west central Florida. A very easy review to write with my wife and I both appreciating the nine months of Ms Marion's hard work to land us in our beautiful retirement home!
