Ricardo has been searching for homes with my family and I for over a year. He has been patient, kind and tolerant. Meeting our ridiculous demands with no complains. We tend to forget relators also have daily lives and although I have invaded his plenty times he was never indifferent about it. I would recommend him ten times over. Ron could not have been more helpful in all aspects of my home purchase. From prebuy evaluations, arranging a mortgage agent, photos, arranging house inspectors, being onsite for the inspecton, showing up on Sunday evening for my first look after I had already purchased the house on Ron's OK. Our family really appreciated all that Tom did to help us sell our Uncle's house. The house is in Florida & we are in Ohio, this puts us at a disadvantage straight off. Even with the thousand miles between, we felt very comfortable with Tom; we felt and then learned that we could count on him to get us thru this sale. And he did. He went above & beyond to help us, with excellent communication, & him keeping up with the house's needs in order to finalize the sale.
