Brenda has long been a Top Producer in the Rockford office. She has been a Realtor for more than 29 years and still finds it fulfilling and rewarding. During the 29+ years she has been top in the Relocation Specialist area both incoming and outgoing.
Brenda's specialty though, is in residential homes sales, with a high volume contributed to country properties and lake front homes. This accomplishment comes as a result of her love for the business and her desire to help people reach their goals and dreams. "I give both buyers and sellers honest information and superior service. Having moved here from Illinois in 1994, Brenda knows what it's like to be on the 'other side' of the move and her goal is a stress free move for her clients.
Brenda is an active member of West Michigan Therapy Dogs and enjoys her visits at DeVos Children's Hospital and adult oncology at Spectrum Health, she initiated the Ruff Reader program at MacNaughten Elementary school where first and second graders read to the dog, and is active in her church with various boards.
In any spare time she has, Brenda enjoys riding horses with her daughter and granddaughter, activities with the grandchildren, traveling with her husband Jerry and enjoying the peaceful life that living on a lake brings.

Jody comes from a 30-year sales and client experience background. Before real estate, she earned awards in business for leadership, community service and was asked to speak and teach at sales conferences around the nation.

Jon was born in Toronto, Ontario, and moved to Michigan with his family in 1979. Though he’s spent the majority of his life in the U.S., Jon’s Canadian roots continue to influence his perspective, blending a unique mix of cultural and business insight into everything he does. He graduated from Curry College in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Multimedia Marketing, laying the foundation for his dynamic career.

Over the years, his leadership and vision propelled him to the role of Chief Executive Officer, where he later took ownership of the company and earned his broker license. Proof That Good Realtors Still Exist
We went into our house search determined to find exactly what we wanted, and honestly, that didn’t involve the “typical realtor experience.” I called on several properties and quickly ran into agents who seemed more focused on selling themselves than the homes they represented. Some even wanted us to sign on with them before really discussing properties. Then I called about a listing and met Jim. I came in with a long list of very specific questions, and instead of giving me a sales pitch, Jim gave me honest answers. He was upfront about the scope of the project, took time to explain things instead of pushing a sale, and made a genuine connection with us. That particular property didn’t work out, but I already knew who I’d call when we found the right one. When we eventually purchased our home in Rothbury, we did it remotely while my husband was in Alaska, and Jim somehow made the process feel easier than some in-state purchases we’ve done. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, handled virtual walkthroughs without missing a beat, entertained all of our “weird” questions, and checked details we never would have thought to ask about ourselves. His background in construction was also a huge asset and gave us confidence throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jim or his team to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely helpful.

Quick and easy sale of home.
We recently worked with Jim Archbold to sell our house in Walker, MI. Jim was great to work with, knowledgeable and personable. He provided guidance for remodel priories before the listing. Communication was excellent, providing frequent updates throughout the whole process. He was eager to host the open house and had our interests in mind. Successful first time home buyer experience
Had a great experience buying my first home with Jim! He is knowledgeable not just in home buying, but also home building which felt like an advantage as a first time homebuyer with no real experience. Always received prompt responses whenever messaging - even on weekends and holidays, oops! - and I never felt like I had any “dumb questions.” I had already been pre-approved but Jim recommended getting multiple quotes and offered references for lenders; ended up shopping around and going with one of his suggestions, which ended up saving thousands. While walking through homes Jim would point out suggested repairs, what it would take to fix, how extensive, and estimates of cost or whether he thought it could be done myself. He provided recommendations on repair services, including being willing to assist himself on repairs. When it came time to place a bid on a house, Jim provided guidance and best recommendations for a successful offer, helping to decide whether to bid what the house is worth vs what it’s worth to me. Overall, had a great time looking at houses with Jim, listening to his advice and learning from his personal expertise with building homes. Really felt like his opinion could be trusted and gives you the sense that he’s looking out for you with every home viewing.
