Doug was our buyers agent for a condominium in Hammock Dunes. He earned our trust quickly and repeatedly by listening to our needs, responding to our questions, and transparently telling us when he didn’t know something (then he’d actively get the answer). This was the easiest, most efficient real estate sale ever. Ann had all the knowledge and experience to sell my house quickly and for a great price. She coordinated the replacement of the roof and even helped me move the last few things out of the garage. Closing was flawless. Ann is the ultimate professional, has great communication skills and is an honest and wonderful person.

Doug is a no nonsense guy that tells it like it is. Considering my 37 years as a NY real estate broker I can truly appreciate his business model. Selling your personal home can be challenging even for a seasoned veteran such as myself; and that’s why Doug was a perfect match for me. Doug combines the latest in technology with a “hands on” approach to the process. Doug listened to us, and was always pointing out the hidden “extras” that our home has when showing or escorting another broker through the home. He was always available and responded quickly to my many texts. Doug was with us all the way, even after we had just closed and had locked ourselves out of our home on Thanksgiving Eve. In a panick, I remembered Doug had a key to our home. Even though it was after 8 pm, he left his family to make the trip over to us to get us in the door. There’s a lot of real estate licensees out there; they can’t come close to what Doug offers. From one Realtor to another, thanks Doug, you got us across the finish line.

My husband and I worked with Ann Gordon to purchase our first home, and I truly cannot imagine going through this journey with anyone other than Ann! She was mindful of our preferences and budget, never made us feel pressured in any way, educated us and supported us throughout the whole process (which is super important especially when you're a first time home buyer). We ended up finding the perfect home for us at the perfect price, and Ann guided us the whole way from making an offer to closing and afterwards. Additionally, Ann has lived and worked in the area for several years, and has many connections and recommendations for reputable individuals/services (mortgage, insurance, pest control, electricians, home cleaning services, etc) that you may need for your new home.
