After interviewing several realtors, Colleen and I hit it off instantly. She is both professional and personable. Her hard work and dedication to detail made the very stressful part of selling much easier. I would recommend anyone looking to sell their home to give her a call. You'll start off as clients but end up as friends.

Colleen Hess
Colleen Hess was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless. We had not bought a house in over 20 years and Colleen educated us and kept us informed during the entire process. We are new to Palm Coast so she provided us with a list of the local utility companies and a list of local recommended companies for services. To top it off she mailed us a map of Palm Coast. We felt lucky to find Colleen. Call her today!

Doug and Colleen were so great to work with. Our house had obstacles that made selling a little more complicated, but they navigated that with Finesse and found the right Buyer and got it done. I feel we are more than just clients; we’re family. I highly recommend Doug and Colleen for all your real estate needs.

We had a great experience with Doug. He was very responsive, well-prepared, practical and professional. Doug arranged for several services and kept in touch with us before we were ready to list the property. Sold in the first day it was listed with 5 very solid offers. We closed within 15 days of listing. Very satisfied.

Ann Gordon was our realtor and she was phenomenal in her knowledge of the area and the current market . It was difficult time to sell, but she stuck with it throughout the process, from open houses to assisting with resources for home improvements, Ann was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond and handled everything with grace and professionalism. She helped us many years ago, renting a house, then purchasing and now the sale. She handled everything seamlessly and expertly. Ann got the job done !

We met Colleen during an open house while we were just visiting. After a really good series of conversations during the open house, we explained we weren't ready to buy yet, but would look her up when we were...we did! She made the experience painless. The sky was falling a few times, or so we thought, and Colleen quickly brought us back to earth. We kept her card to point people in her direction! Thank you Colleen very much!!! Good luck!
