After sixty one years of living in new jersey decided to retire to daytona beach. A friend of mine suggested using ann as a realtor. I was here 4 days and Anne showed me my style of homes bought purchased and moved in 2 weeks of being in florida. Anne's experience was able to get me in a home and took care of all of the details that I was not aware of, as well i was recovering from major ankle surgery, so time was of the essence. From the moment I met her , I was treated as a friend , not as a customer. Not only have i purchased my 1st home in Florida,I have Anne as my 1st friend!!!!!

We had a great experience with Jennifer Mock as our real estate agent. Jennifer was very effective helping us to prepare the property for sale. Her timely market updates and advice helped us to properly price and sell the property in a short period of time.

Doug was awesome start to finish. We were absentee owners and in need of someone to sell our place and Doug overachieved. He got the place listed quickly and stepped up when we needed to get contractors in to fix items from inspection. I really don’t know how we could have done it without him. It was a stressful transaction at times (because of the repair work) but Doug maintained extraordinary professionalism every step of the way. I definitely made the right choice selecting this team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any potential sellers. Thank you Doug!

Colleen was easy to work with. She knows the area and especially the C Section (waterfront canals) well. She answered all of our questions and made a stressful experience as stress free as possible.

Doug has given 110% and I have complete faith in him in every regard. Anything that was needed was done including bringing in trades, advisors, moving and estate specialist. This was on top of attending every viewing, active promotion and advertising, and pivoting on strategies when needed. He was there not only to sell the house but to step up on a personal level. It was never just a transaction for him. He is an experienced hand that puts his clients’ best interest first. I will always be grateful to Doug. He is an upstanding guy.

Ann was wonderful and very patient. We did not need to make a move to Palm Coast, we chose to move to Palm Coast. Why in the world would you sell a mortgage free home to have a mortgage? I ask that less every day. We wanted the water life. After we provided am initial Zillow/Realtor list to Ann and spent the first day with several "It's not the one" homes, she quickly picked up on what we actually wanted, and we didn't know how to explain it. She listened to everything we said and read us as we went through the homes we gave her. She pulled a few rabbits out of her hat, and we found the one! The entire process was quite easy. As we move to put our Saint Jones home on the market when it turns around, I'd love to have Ann as our Agent!

We were lucky to have met Ann through a Zillow search a few years ago and now consider her a friend, not just our real estate agent. Ann goes above and beyond what any real estate professionals are willing to do and most could take a lesson on conduct from her. We eventually were able to find a house that was right for us and Ann was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process which helped lessen the home buying stress. Thanks again Ann and hope to see you soon! Kim&Pat DeBiasse
