Besides overall knowledge, every query answered immediately, accurately, and questions answered

When I mis-answered a Q on a document, or e.g. forgot to sign my middle name, I mentioned the mistake and she handled it (email) instantly. I had the feeling she was always 2 feet away from her computer/phone, because of how fast she communicated. Same with all the steps that comprised this several-month-long process. I was never left in the dark as to the progress of the sale.

True Professional

Spoke to her many months before I decided to list my property. When I finally listed it I did it with Jennifer it was because she was truly interested in my demands and concerns. Many others had told me that the pricing could not happen, but Jennefer sent me information about sales and other statistics about the market. She not only went to work with my demands but got the pricing and quick closing that I wanted! She did what a great agent does and that is she worked for me!

Has the 'Right Stuff'

Doug has the 'right stuff' to get the job done. Extremely delighted with his support and representation. He went above and beyond to get the sale completed, exploring/pursuing every lead to the fullest. He provided regular communication throughout, from the initial listing to the final signing. Amazing well done

I could have never got thru this without the knowledge and caring that Jennifer brings to the table every time. She is truly the best professionally and as a person to her clients. I could not have asked for anyone better. We had some optical to overcome and she never gave up. This was truely a great experience knowing I had her by my side to concord. I am forever grateful.
