Colleen was so great and helpful in minding a home, she was able to refer and guide me all the way from start to finish including recommendations for insurance companies, inspectors and best places to buy a home. I highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be using her as my realtor again.

I have been involved on many occasions to see Ann in action with her Clients. Her attention to details, and gracious offer to help in every aspect of the purchase or sale is outstanding. It is No Wonder most of her clients become good friends. Thank you Ann for all that you do.

My agent was Douglas Colpoys first let me say that if there was a star system to rate my agent I would give Doug a minimum of 100 stars or more. Doug went above and beyond many times every time there was a problem or I needed something you would calmly tell me don’t worry I got you whoever dougs boss is very lucky to have this man on his team I can’t say enough good about Doug. All I can say is that I was so very happy to have him as my agent we have become close and are now friends I can’t thank you enough and I’m so glad that I had your privilege of meeting you. Thanks again. Will be seeing you!

Doug sold our house in just over two months with a quick closing soon thereafter. He also sold it for over 96% of our asking price. Thanks, Doug, for getting this done!

Doug and Colleen represented us well as our agents in the sale of our home in Palm Coast. They were very proactive in marketing our home. They listened to our concerns and guided us to adjust to the best extent possible to put us in a position to sell. We were able to to sell within our hoped timeframe, which was a blessing.

Jennifer was so helpful. She Showed us homes before we went out so we could tailor our time to the homes we wanted to see. We closed in the matter of weeks and couldn't be happier.
