Michelle was a joy to work with. She was able to market our condominium to attract the most attention and we were very pleased with the price and amount of time to get it sold. She has a great marketing strategy and couldn't have been more helpful as we approached our closing day . Unlike a few previous realtors who basically just put it on the MLS and wait for a buyer who never came. Michelle made sure that our condo was presented in the best possible light . I run a team of Realtors in Virginia Beach VA. It was a challenge to find a responsive Realtor who knew what they were talking about in Palm Coast. It seemed most were new and part time.
