Working with Ann has been excellent and rewarding for my wife and I. She is super organized, respectful and always full of positive energy. Most importantly she is truthful to a fault and always honest and speaks her mind. These traits helped us put our full trust in Ann and she delivered strong results for us. She also has excellent references for services we may need as part of the buying and moving process and this is much appreciated. She truly embodies all the traits and attributes of a complete real estate agent. We recommend her whole heartedly and would definitely use her again if the need arises.

She was very dedicated in getting our home sold for what it was worth, communicated great with changing market trends. Professional negotiations and she knows the right people to talk to if third parties are to be involved. Always was available to talk even if it was late or early.

We had an amazing experience working with jennifer while buying a home from out of state. She was prompt, reliable, and always available to answer our questions throughout the entire process. The video tours she sent were incredibly helpful and made us feel confident even from far away. Jennifer went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free for our family. We truly appreciated her communication, honesty, and dedication, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Florida!

Doug and Mavy were great! It was a very smooth transaction and they went over and above to facilitate us in the closing and the translation to Spanish in our documents!
