We closed on the sale of our house back in June with the assistance of Colleen Hess. We are extremely grateful for her assistance, patience and understanding throughout the process of selling our home. She did it quickly because she is so knowledgeable about the market and goes above and beyond. We appreciated her expertise, wisdom, and guidance along the way. Colleen is an amazing person with great work ethics who truly cares about her clients. We’re so happy that we choose Colleen and highly recommend her.

Colleen has helped us with 3 real estate transactions. She is very thorough and responsive to questions and concerns. She advises but also listens to client concerns. She always kept us advised as to how the process works and what each step would involve. Information was always timely and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. We will use her again.

I have now bought 2 homes with Ann 4years apart, and I am still over the moon about how great she is. Knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and bends over backwards to make things happen! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Colleen Hess is an awesome realtor to have watching out for you. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is tremendously knowledgeable & professional...and keeps you informed every step of the way. We were out of state buyers and Colleen had our families back like a mama bear. We just love her and our new home...and are grateful to have had her as our agent and now very happy to call her our friend. 💗

Ann is truly the best there is. She is attentive and patient. She listened to exactly what we wanted and then found it for us. Ann was there from the first call through the closing. We would not use another realtor. Thank you Ann for all of your hard work.
