Glenda Cadman with ReMax was 15 out of 10! She goes above and beyond on EVERY home she sells. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. NO ONE knows the market better. Needless to say this area is a very volatile market with ups and downs that occur very quickly. Glenda stays on top of it which is quite difficult. She convinced me to wait a few months to sell my home, which I believe is why I received multiple offers well above asking price. The market was on the way down when I was considering selling. Another reason I believe I received such great response from buyers is that she knows how to prepare your home and have it show in the best way possible. From the first walkthrough with Glenda, she suggested ways to improve the appearance as well as how to highlight the home with the photos for the listing. Glenda handles all the heavy lifting so I was able to not stress about what was occurring. In addition, she has lots of ways to help you understand what is happening every step of the way. Sam was hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. Anytime my wife and I would text or call with questions, her response was timely and informative. We began working with her over a year ago looking for houses and ended up settling on a new build.
