Glenda is a very knowledgeable and proactive agent. I was discouraged sometimes and Glenda was there to offer words of encouragement and suggestions. We ran into a last-minute repair challenge and Glenda helped me find people to handle the work quickly. Although still unsure how much paint colors, new carpet selection, and staging decorations played into finding a buyer, we ended up with great buyers who might actually love the house as much as I did. I was also grateful for help in negotiating all those tedious legal steps and paperwork. Besides all that, Glenda is a lovely lady and I was happy to get to know her a little.

Great experience with Lou! Lou is efficient - while I was away on a business trip, Lou and his team got my property ready for listing and showings! Lou is experienced, he's knowledgeable and he fights for his customer's best interests in a wise and professional way. Lou goes above and beyond, Lou and his team take care of your business not only before showings but also afterward, eg. helping deal with the furniture you don't want to keep, etc. He also helped me find an experienced realtor while I relocated to another state. Mike and his whole team have been incredible to work with on the purchase of our home. He was quick to respond, great at feeling out what we wanted in a home, and diligent in finding the house as well as working with sellers when we did find a home. Mike made the whole process enjoyable, and he's fabulous with negotiations once we were under contract. He knows the southwest Denver so well, and many of the areas in which we looked he had sold multiple properties (sometimes 10 or 20 in a particular neighborhood), so he knew what was worth the price and what was too high for a particular area. We can't say enough how wonderful it was to work with Mike and his team, and we refer him to all of our friends and family. Mike works alongside a fabulous lender, Tara, who was also a pleasure to work with, and she helped us make the loan process seamless (plus she got us a stellar rate). Very happy with our experience with Mike, and we LOVE the home we purchased, but if we ever move again, we'll be calling Mike.
