Shaylin is exceptional at what she does, and I accredit her Market Knowledge, Communication, and Professionalism as to why we exceeded expectations when we placed our home on the market on a Friday and had a contract by Monday evening for above the asking price. She walked through the home with me and supplied clear direction on each room and yard as to what needed to be moved out, painted and/or repaired. Her directions helped our family stay on task and once finished, she completed her staging which made the house look like a model home and along with her expertise in marketing we had an incredible outcome for the open house. This home belonged to my Mother-In-Law whom we had to place in a memory care community due to late-stage Dementia and selling it quickly was a priority as we needed the funds to ensure her care costs were secured so long as she required them. Shaylin’s professionalism, understanding and at times counseling was key to our success. It is not often in life that we can help someone in the manner for which I was blessed to be a part of by securing care coverage for my Mother-In-Law and having someone like Shaylin represent us was a true continuation of that blessing.
