My experience with Debra was absolutely The Best. To say she is a great agent doesn’t come close. She not only displayed competence- i.e. industry, market knowledge and strategy - but also provided much needed guidance/referrals for updating and repairs. She was seemingly tireless in explaining and navigating processes, procedures and any issues that arose unexpectedly. But just as important to me was her calm reassurance at every step in the process, always keeping my goal(s) in mind. Debra was stellar in maintaining contact and providing status and updates. I will enthusiastically refer buyers/sellers to her when the opportunity arises.

We knew that it was going to take a while, and were happy with how patient Deb was. She carefully listened to our feedback on each house that she showed us, and we soon felt that Deb could read our minds about the style, location, and floorplan of house that we wanted to find. Making an offer on a new house is really stressful, but if Deb was stressed out, she never showed it!
