I had the pleasure of working with Carol Hertel on a complex property sale involving two separate sellers and an attorney, with one seller living out of town. Carol went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. She personally packed and shipped personal items for the out-of-state seller, assessed the property, and provided invaluable advice on necessary maintenance. She also arranged for an excellent maintenance crew and housecleaner, coordinated all required tasks, and frequently checked on the vacant property to ensure everything was in order, including preventing pipes from freezing.
