I was handed the lovely job of being the estate executor responsible to sell a property that was in very poor shape. I’m a single mom, work two jobs, and literally had NO time to deal with all the things needed to put the house into a state where it was sellable. My first realtor was a mess, and I came to Joan overwhelmed, anxious, and completely ignorant on what to do. The prior owner had destroyed all account records associated with the house, so all details had to be “sleuthed” out. I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with this daunting mess. Joan and her group took me in, (and probably wish they hadn’t!) and took care of me from start to finish. Heather is as responsive as any agent could possibly be. She will do anything at the drop of a dime to show you a property and she is very great at scheduling multiple property viewings in a row. I think we saw 5 houses in about an hour once and they weren’t even necessarily close to each other ,but she scheduled and picked the best route to see them all as quickly and efficiently as possible. She also works very well with other agents as there seemed to always be an open line of communication with the seller.
