Silver Mesa is not your typical townhouse sell - SM is one HOA controlled community that makes up the greater central community of Palomino Park. Ben not only focuses on selling SM townhouses, he also focuses on selling the amenities associated with living in the greater Palomino Park community. This dual marketing approach is not something other realtors considered or demonstrated knowledge of during their interviews with us (the Sellers).
