Mindi was very professional and very adaptable dealing with the "special" situation we had buying this house. She worked day and night with us to answer any and all questions and with the sellers to get any all issues worked out to get the deal closed with both parties happy and satisfied! 10/10 would have Mindi be my realtor again!
Mindi our home in a buyers market, we are so happy with everything she did to get our home staged and sold!
The first time finding the home that fit the family's needs took only 3 outings. This time, the family had new needs and Mindi made it happen! She always has the answer to your question and keeps everything moving along at the pace you need. Mindi knows her job, the area and the market incredibly well, but it just feels like shoe shopping wth your best friend instead of the stressful time it could be. I cannot imagine reaching out to anyone else when I think of looking for a home.
My options were limited due to what price I could afford but Mindi found me a great property that met my preferences and was within my budget. She did everything she could to make sure I could get the property even when things got a little complicated. I really appreciate her help, I don't think I could have made my purchase without her.
Mindi is professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is attentive and knows the market. Excellent service and great overall experience with Mindi. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate professional.
