Tara Rittner from the Kennedy team was absolutely wonderful! I had a horrible time finding a realtor who would show me houses. I'm guessing it was because I didn't have a large amount to spend. I finally found Tara and found a place within a month. She answered all of my questions and got me into every place a wanted to see right away. She was very responsive and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

Joe did a wonderful job with helping in our relocation to the area. He was very helpful in identifying candidate properties & helping us narrow down the selections. When he took my wife around the first time, he had a very good process for helping her compare among the dozen homes she went through. He was available more than a few times to take us through homes - even for multiple visits to the same homes. He guided us through the process of negotiating the price and the inspection process and results - and fully supported the mortgage and closing. He and his team kept in touch to make sure we were pleased with our new home and our acclimation to the area. I would definitely recommend Joe & his team!

Joe helped me buy a house in Ottawa Hills in March 2017. He was very accommodating for when I was able to view houses, and he answered promptly whenever I contacted him about any stage of the process. This was especially great considering that I did not live in the area and had to travel to visit, and Joe set up numerous viewings to maximize my time in town. As a result, I was able to find and close on a house in less than six weeks total. After nine months, I'm extremely happy with my house!
