We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Joe. Moving from Texas to Ohio, we had little knowledge about how to find the right home in the Toledo area. After meeting with Joe and providing him with what we are looking for, we knew instantly that he was the one for us. Joe is a true gentleman and a professional. Once we met him, we trusted him from the get go and he never rushed us, and throughout the whole buying experience he was "never" aggressive, he consistently gave us our space. Debi is very friendly and was willing to go above and beyond to help us find the right house! She walked through our house to give us suggestions on cosmetic upgrades/changes we should make before listing. When we received our first offer she was quick to inform us and passed on our response just as quickly. We looked at multiple houses before finding the right one, and every time she was gracious and willing to spend quite a few hours driving around different areas to show us houses. She was very knowledgable about the process: first selling our current house, and then buying a new house, and ensured we weren't taken advantage of during the process. Every question I proposed to her, she found an answer to, even when it took a few days and a lot of research to find out. She had recommendations for professionals that we needed for estimates to get fixed at our new house, repairs to our sold house, inspectors and insurance reps to give us the best price. She worked well with our mortgage company to maintain timely communication. She actually cared to get to know not only me, but my entire family, and made sure that we found a place that would fit all of our needs.
