Moving is never easy, but thanks to Kathy Brown, the actual selling of my Waterville condominium was stress free. She set a fair price for my condo, worked with the buyers' agent and title company to make sure all proper paperwork was filed, followed up to make sure all payments were completed, and worked with the home inspector to make sure the condo was ready for sale. All I had to do was sign off on the sale. I'm grateful to Kathy for taking care of the many details involved in the sale of my condo, so that I could concentrate on moving into my new home.

Jeff was very knowledgeable about each city I looked in. He was on time to every appointment we made. When I wanted to see a house it happened that day or the next. He knew what I wanted in a house and found me the right one. I couldn't be happier with his help. He got me into the area I wanted to be in and I couldn't be happier right now!

If you are looking for a home, and dont know where to start? I advise you to please check out Kathy Brown at Re/Max. She was outstanding to work with, she kept us in the loop on EVERYTHING! Not once did she leave us in the dark, or questioning whats next. She made the whole house buying process a breeze. She makes you feel like family and really takes your interest and likes into everything. I couldn't recommend Kathy enough to anyone! If I could leave 10/10 I would!

There are no words to describe what an great experience it was working with Kathy. I was left my brother's home in his will. I live 6 hours from him and was not sure how I was going to handle everything involved with selling the house. I chose Kathy just based on her picture. It was a perfect choice. She helped with every detail going way (and I mean WAY) above and beyond. I highly recommend Kathy if you have a property to sell or are looking to buy.
