Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Will never use another agent. Found Brian by accident wanted to see a home and the listing agent was not available. Brian stepped in and I knew I didnt want to use anyone else. Bought 2 homes and sold 2 homes with him over about a 15 year period.

We were selling our home for sale by owner and Debi came in with a buyer and we agreed to share the cost of her reality fees. We are very thankful she was the realtor we had the pleasure doing business with. She communicated so well and always, no matter day or time gave us a response even if she did not know the answer she responded that she would find out and did so quickly. When we are ready to purchase our new home I will be contacting her for sure, you should do the same!

Jeff has extensive experience in the surrounding Toledo area. He worked to identify options that fit within our search criteria. Another plus was his knowledge about home construction and potential pitfalls to look out for.

I worked with Jeff for about 6 months when I wanted to relocate to the Toledo area. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about the Toledo market, including Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee, Waterville, Whitehouse, Monclova Twp. in addition to Toledo. Jeff is very professional, was very good at listening to what I desired in a home, and then showing me listings that matched what I was looking for. He helped me find the ideal home in the ideal location within the price range that I was looking for. And his excellent negotiation skills were very helpful. He is honest, has a great personality, and was generous with his time in showing me several listings over the 6 month period. I highly recommend him! JW

Debi is amazing! She’s knowledgeable and very professional. She responded quickly and she was always there to answer any questions my mom and I had. Most importantly, she was personable and it was easy to communicate with her. She made my mom and I feel comfortable. She made the home buying experience easy and smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Thanks again Debi, it was a pleasure working with you.

Diane was very helpful when we were looking for our home. We reached out to her often and she always responded to us quickly. She advised us when asked and was a great resource for real estate questions. Diane showed us homes we were interested in within a day or 2 and always at our convenience.
