Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never worked with a more professional realtor that not only did a great job, but went above and beyond. There wasn’t a single time when I needed her that she didn’t make herself available. As far as I am concerned, Gina is the “gold standard” when it comes to realty.

Gina walked me through all types of homes and was willing to be flexible with my schedule. It should be noted that she successfully showed these homes during a pandemic and among the uncertainty of 2020. She made the process very smooth for a first time home buyer.

Best agent I’ve ever worked with selling a home! Dependable, fast, on top of her game and always had our best interest in mind! Gina fought hard for us at closing to make sure the documents were right when an error was made by the closing agent that would have resulted in $6000 less to our bottom line. She stood her ground and held tight until the closing agent admitted and corrected the issue over the next 24 hours! Extremely dependable, will call you back every time and works tirelessly for you! Would hire her tomorrow without hesitation if I were reselling in the area! TOP PERFORMER!!!!

Jeff was AWESOME to deal with in so many ways. In selling my rental duplex he had a great feel for the market. In the case of my building he had an amazing feel for what needed to be done since there were truly NO comparable to place this up against. In doing all of his homework, thru his hard work he was able to get me a top dollar in a rebounding rental market! Many agents would have given up, I wouldn't have blamed Jeff had this crossed his mind, but he continued on undaunted and got the sale! I couldn't be more grateful to this agent who will treat you like you are the only person he is dealing with; and he will sell your home / or find you your new home! He is an amazing Real Estate Agent, a better person and amazing lifetime friend!

We have worked with Gina as a seller and a a buyer. She is simply the best. She is kind, patient and understanding. She knows the Toledo area and the properties available. If she doesn’t have the answer, she is honest and then researches to find the correct answer. Gina manages the process of the transaction and works tirelessly to represent her client(s).
