Debi found an affordable house for our daughter in a neighborhood she is familiar with. Debi also assisted us in obtaining a reliable inspector and provided with names for handymen to assist in repairing and updating items on the house. We will ask for her assistance in the future when we need to move or look for a new house for other family members or us.

Working with Debi has truly been an incredible experience from beginning to end. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and she really understood what we were looking to accomplish. We just closed on our first investment property in Toledo, which was a long and challenging process due to covid and because we currently live in California. But, Debi was there for us the whole time. She really knows her stuff and we truly value her help. We will continue to work with Debi in the future and highly recommend her!

Gina did an outstanding job for us. She provided candid feedback regarding improvements that should be made to our home in order to optimize the sales price and result in a quick sale. She also referred us to a design firm that assisted with the design and staging of our home. We were out of state while the house was being prepared for sale and marketed, and Gina communicated frequently and effectively on all aspects of the preparation, marketing and sale.
