I can’t say enough about how great it was working with Gina in the recent sale of our home. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and the homes in Stone Oak. She made the sale of our home quick, easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend using Gina when buying or selling your home.

We could not be happier with our buying experience. To say Gina goes above and beyond for her clients would be an understatement. She’s an expert on location, price points, and schools which was most important to us. She’s responsive, driven, and an absolute dream to work with. Gina makes you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. I can’t say enough good things about Gina!!!

Gina went above and beyond to do what was necessary to sell my home. When we had an issue with the association, she communicated the issue, contacted the parties needed to resolve the issue, drove south to another city and came back the same day to provide the needed documents for closing the deal. I appreciate everything she did to keep things moving in the right direction. I would highly recommend Gina Graf for your Real Estate needs.

Great service and concern. Worked with us over 4 years before we found the right place. Walked through process and found resources we needed no matter how unique. The house is ahome and a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

I had been trying to sell a couple of properties I owned for quite awhile with another real estate agent with no results. I saw that Debi had several high recommendations on her website, so I decided to give her a try and I am glad that I did. She helped me to sell two properties in a reasonable amount of time and at very good prices. I am thrilled that I was able to sell those and I would highly recommend her!

I worked with Debi on buying a home, she was very kind and always responded to any questions I had. We are 1st time buyers, and Debi made it a breeze. I am definitely going to do more business in the future with Debi.

Debi and team really delivered for my family in finding us the ideal home in Toledo during a tough market. Being an out-of-state relocation, we really hit the jackpot with her and Sam Ohler. We couldn't be more pleased with their proactive approach, responsiveness, communication, and care. I'm writing this review sitting in our beautiful home in Old Orchard. It is with the highest endorsement that I recommend Debi Kennedy and team. Debi knows Toledo; she and her team are top-notch..

I worked with Gina when I bought my first home and again when I recently sold that home. She works extremely quick, is very responsive and because of that sold my home in about a week. Gina is willing to stand up for you through negotiations, while providing helpful process expertise. She has great knowledge of the area as well. Gina is the is the perfect mix of personable and professional, and someone I very much trust to work with to buy or sell a home.

We had a horrible realtor and lost many homes! We got Ginas name, which she was highly recommended! We called her and she got us in last minute to see 3 homes on the next morning which was a Saturday! We put an offer in and we are closing on the home today! We absolutely love Gina and she will be selling our home too!
