Originally from Ohio, Jason longed for a life that included mountains, blue skies and countless hiking trails. He heard the call of Colorado and followed. Carrying only what his Jeep could manage, he brought his bike, a tent, and a few shirts and was on his way west. Jason’s passion for real estate began 17 years ago when he and his brother bought a property together and began rehab. The process was a labor of love that led to several others that were purchased, renovated and sold. In this time, Jason became very knowledgeable of the real estate field and decided to pursue his broker’s license. Jason has won multiple awards and has been named a top producing REMAX agent. His portfolio has included single family houses, mountain homes, investment properties, luxury estates and multi-unit buildings. Jason works with clients in Boulder County as well as the Denver Metro area. About a year ago we started the search for a new home....luckily for us, we had the good fortune of connecting with Sue Masterson. Sue's common sense approach was perfect for us. She listened to what we were in search of and only presented homes that met our criteria. Her knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional as well as her knowledge of home construction and connections to local trades people. Sue helped us to seal the deal the same day of our offer. Jennifer is the BEST

Jennifer and I have stayed in contact over the last four years. Terry helped us purchase our home in 2020 and also was our agent when we sold that home in 2022. Her expertise is amazing. She helped us prepare our property for market and was in constant contact with us during the selling process. Her attention to detail is like nothing I've experienced before!
